Looking for an experienced Realtor in Huntsville or Madison? 

I know that can be a challenge, especially if you don't live locally.  Did you know that the number of local Realtors has grown dramatically in the last two years?  The BRAC relocation announcement was the main reason why.  Many of the new Realtors have only recently been licensed.  Some were already licensed as Realtors and relocated here when a spouse took a new job.  Some are in real estate full-time while others pursue real estate only as a part-time job.  If that's not confusing enough, it seems as though all local Realtors advertise. 

So with all that going on in the Huntsville and Madison marketplace, how can a buyer that is new to our community find a Realtor who is experienced and qualified?  You may have already found him.  I am an experienced, licensed Realtor who also holds a Broker's license.  In Alabama, relatively few Realtors pursue the training required and pass the exam necessary to earn a Broker's license.  And I regularly share my experience by serving on the steering committee of the New Realtor's Club, the group at the Board of Realtors that facilitates free and low-cost professional training opportunities specifically geared for new Realtors. 

There's one more thing makes me uniquely qualified to be your Realtor.  Before we decided to make Huntsville our home, my family and I experienced no fewer than 6 corporate moves, buying and selling a home each time.  I personally understand the tough decisions that are involved when choosing to relocate a family.  I understand the varied challenges and the stresses that can accompany such a move; I am committed to minimizing and, when possible, eliminating them for relocating families.
